Talk With Us

Is this you?

You’re someone who genuinely likes working with people — not just checking tasks off a list, but actually helping clients feel confident and taken care of. You’re organized, curious about how things work, and you like the idea of building real expertise in a field that matters: helping businesses offer retirement benefits that change people’s lives.

You don’t need to know everything about ERISA on day one. You need to be a clear communicator, a careful thinker, and someone who shows up for both clients and teammates. We’ll invest in the rest.

What you’ll do here

As a Relationship Manager I, you’ll be the primary contact for a designated group of retirement plan clients and their financial advisors. That means you’re the person they trust — and we take that seriously.

Client Relationships

  • Serve as the go-to contact for your clients and their advisors — by phone, email, and regular check-ins
  • Respond to requests quickly and resolve issues proactively, before they become problems
  • Partner with our Plan Consultants when compliance questions require deeper ERISA expertise

Plan Administration & Compliance

  • Track and manage deadlines for annual plan compliance across your book of business
  • Prepare census requests, contribution summaries, and refund forms
  • Identify and communicate late deposits and minimum distribution obligations
  • Assist with annual projects — force-outs, annual notices, recordkeeper disclosures
  • Support distributions, corrections, and plan transitions
  • Collaborate with actuaries, plan consultants, and internal teams on plan design questions

Systems & data

  • Maintain accurate client records in PensionPro
  • Update internal workflow systems to reflect client activity
  • Coordinate with Finance on billing and receivables
  • Support onboarding, conversions, and plan terminations

What you bring

  • 0–3 years of experience in retirement plan administration or client services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with PensionPro or FTW is a plus — but not a dealbreaker

A basic understanding of defined contribution plan compliance is helpful. If you’re a quick learner with great people skills, we’d love to talk.
